1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BreakoutNavigator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

BreakoutNavigator is an educational and informational tool that detects technical breakout patterns in publicly available NSE market data. It is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, a buy/sell recommendation, or a solicitation to trade.

3. No Investment Advice

All signals, scans, charts, and analytics are provided for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Always do your own research (DYOR) and consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before trading.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, scrape data at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Market data and broker integrations are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of such data or services.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
