How to request account deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your BreakoutNavigator account and all associated data in either of these ways:

1. In-app: Open the BreakoutNavigator app → Settings → Help & Support → submit a ticket with the subject "Delete my account" from your registered email.
2. Email: Send a request from your registered email to support@breakoutnavigator.com with the subject "Delete my account".

We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone)
• Watchlists, saved signals, and trade ideas history
• Push notification subscriptions and preferences
• Referral data linked to your account
• Broker connection tokens (Kotak Neo / Upstox)
• Support tickets and in-app notifications

What may be retained

To comply with legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations, the following may be retained for up to 7 years in anonymized or aggregated form:

• Billing and payment transaction records (required by Indian tax law)
• Anonymized usage analytics that cannot be linked back to you
• Audit logs required for security and compliance

Cancel a deletion request

If you change your mind, contact support within 7 days of your request. After that, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
