1. About our research service

BreakoutNavigator provides data-driven stock, futures & options research and analytics to subscribed clients. Our SEBI Research Analyst registration is currently under process; this charter will be updated with the registration number once issued.

2. Our commitments

• Every recommendation is generated from documented, rules-based criteria and is archived with its rationale.
• We disclose any conflict of interest, including holdings in recommended securities, at the time of recommendation.
• We never guarantee returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Client data (including KYC details) is stored securely and never sold or shared for marketing.
• Complaints are acknowledged within 7 working days and resolved within 21 days.

3. Your rights as a client

• Receive research that is independent, unbiased and free from misleading claims.
• Know the basis (rationale) and risks of every recommendation.
• Cancel your subscription at any time as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Raise a grievance and escalate it if unresolved — see our Complaints & Grievance page.

4. Risk disclosure
